I have a very interesting ability — to quickly find and fix errors and bugs in IT systems. Where developers spend weeks searching for causes and solutions, I somehow manage to do it in a few hours. I don’t know how it works, but it works.
But it’s both a gift and a curse (as it usually is). When I was the head of the development department, all critical tasks affecting the system’s performance had to be solved by me — for obvious reasons, they needed to be closed quickly, without dragging on for days or weeks. So I simply couldn’t delegate this.
Now I’m thinking about how this skill can be effectively monetized 😀
