Finally, the other day I got around to reading the book *The Four Disciplines of Execution*, which had been sitting on my shelf for a month. And I can say that the book provides some interesting tools for leaders right from the first chapters.
The book is about how a leader can create managerial conditions under which the team focuses on one key goal, acts more consciously and engaged, and as a result, manages to achieve strategic objectives despite operational challenges.
I'm still halfway through the book, but I can already confidently recommend it 🙂
